((This is a character created for use in the X/1999 based RP, worldresolution. Neil and his personality belong to me, X/1999 belongs to CLAMP.))

Name: Neil Roberts
City of Residence: Cairo

Neil is a 24 year old film studies graduate. Originally from San Francisco, he's come to Cairo to try and make the ultimate movie. Something to put him on the map.
If he likes it, he plans to stay, and there's nobody to stop him from that; his parents died about two years prior, and he uses all of his small inheritance to produce films and film related things. He learned about his destiny from a fortune teller shortly after arriving in Cairo, and has decided that his lates big film project would be to film the end of hte world before it happens. He figures that, if the seals win, he'll have a good movie, and if the Angels win, he wins anyway.
Neil is flamboyantly gay. Dare I say, flaming. He usually has a camera with him, hoping to capture anything he might use in a film.
